    Add ability to check adapter level failover status

    Currently it is not possible to check the adapter failover state in the utility. Still requires using edgecmd get failoverstate to check which adapter is primary / secondary and view failover score, adapter status and last processed time.

    Need a better way to efficiently see which streams are updating

    I recommend coming up with a better way to check with streams in a CONNECT environment are updating, vs which ones are flatlined with no new data. Maybe some sort of stream health monitoring area.

    Show all schedule parameters in the schedule table
