    Change Broker: Increase bookmark valid time period

    Need longer time period to support query requirements and temporary query failures.

    Detect when a stream was added or removed from the community

    Have the ability to see if new streams were added/removed from the community. The idea is to automate actions on the receiving end of the community by adding the new streams to any sort or analytic or visual once a stream is added.
