    Show all schedule parameters in the schedule table

    Schedules have only 3 parameters: ID, period, and offset, but only ID and period are shown in the table. Please show the offset in the table as well so that we can get, at a glance, a complete overview of all schedules for an AVEVA Adapter instance.
