Integration with MS Fabric Shortcuts

Analog to DataBricks DeltaSharing, MS Fabric Shortcuts would expose virtual tables from CONNECT Data Services into MS Fabric. See https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric/onelake/onelake-shortcuts. The idea is exactly the same than for the DataBricks integration but for MS Fabric. Data would therefore stay in CONNECT Data Services without the need of copying the data.

    As is well known, Power BI is a desktop application used on the client side. However, companies are increasingly interested in adopting enterprise-level solutions such as Microsoft Fabric. Therefore, the availability of a native connector, rather than an API-based integration, would be extremely useful.
