Step line addition on trend in CONNECT

I have a client in the mining industry that is using CONNECT and they get data via AVEVA plant scada > plant scada connector > AVEVA Historian > CDS

One of the issues we are having is that because plant scada takes any trend tags and makes them analogues even if it is digitals in the historian when we see the digital it shows as a saw tooth and not step line . However in the historian there is funtionallity to change this graph to a step line and it now shows high and low . Can a similar feature be added in connect as i see alot of client who have developed plant scada projects running into this issue .
