CONNECT visualization service (CVS) , setup permission per dashboard (Visualization) to per users/groups

The current permission for CVS : User roles in CONNECT visualization, which is set at the CVS level.
Per dashboard (old name was Visualization), there's only 2 options for sharing/control permission, either private (visible: only me) or public (my team)

This permission is too limited, we should have permission similar to PI Vision, to allow per users/groups to have read/write permission to the specific dashboard
