Allow custom time presets in CVS display

CVS already provides predefined time-range presets. It would be useful to allow display designers to modify these presets, including adding, removing or changing the available time ranges.

For example, if a customer’s shifts start at 6:00 am, they could add a preset for 6:00 am to Now, allowing operators to quickly view data from the start of the current shift without manually setting the custom time range. The display should also be able to be saved with that preset start time, automatically loading that start time when the display is launched. This would ensure the display always opens with the relevant time range for their use case.
