BUG - GetCommonApplicationDataDirectoryName Fails With Backslashes

In this file, the GetCommonApplicationDataDirectoryName function only looks for a forward slash. However, when copying file paths from Windows File Explorer or manually typing, it can possibly contain a backslash.

This causes an error when creating health points and other functionality within the custom adapter framework. The search is utilizing LastIndexOf, and when the file path only has a backslash, the entire path is returned. This then causes a PI tag creation/OMF failure, due to invalid characters

The easiest work around for this would to be to replace all slashes to be consistent to what is needed.
